The 2022 - 2023 Cy-Fair High School Athletic Booster Club Scholarship Application process is now online! Please see the directions below and make sure your application is completed on time!

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 3 pm ON WEDNESDAY, 3/29

Directions:

1. Complete the online application: https://bit.ly/23bfndabcscholarship
   • Part of the online application includes completing the Applicant Statement and uploading it in the form. You will find the link to the Applicant Statement in that particular section of the form - when you click on the link, it will force you to make a copy of the Google Doc Applicant Statement. You will complete the Google Doc Applicant Statement, and then return to the form and upload the statement. Please make sure you do not write your name in the Applicant Statement. Your application is not complete if you fail to upload the Google Doc. If you feel that you need to share this Google Doc, you may share it to the email: Dianne.Moore@cfisd.net
2. One letter of recommendation from a Cy-Fair High School teacher, sponsor, administrator or coach. Your letter of recommendation must be emailed to Dianne.Moore@cfisd.net or it can be delivered to Mrs. Moore's office. Her office is located in the Gym hallway, next to the Health classrooms. (If you are unable to find her office, please get assistance from your coach)
   
   
3. All application requirements must be completed by Wednesday, March 29 by 3 pm.
